These basic training drills are categorized into four main skill areas: **Speed and Accuracy**, **Situational Awareness**, **Draw and Fire**, and **Movement and Control**. Each drill is designed to challenge a specific aspect of your skills, helping you build well-rounded self-defense abilities.

| 3 | 3 yards | 60 seconds | On signal back away from the target, draw and fire 3 rounds center mass while moving. Try to get to the 7 yard line by the time you fire your last round. | Once |
| 4 | 7 yards | N/A | On signal draw and fire a dedicated pair center mass, slowly go to ready and scan the area and reholster. | Twice |
| 5 | 7 yards | N/A | Move from center of target a few steps. On signal draw and fire 3 rounds center of mass moving laterally across the range. Repeat going in the opposite direction. Move only as fast as you can hit the target. | Once each way |
