UNL RESTRAINT OF PUBLIC SERVANT is defined as restraining a public servant or attempting to restrain a public servant in the course of their official duties by using or threatening the use of a deadly weapon. It is important to explore the relationship between LTC holders and crime statistics, to determine if they are more likely to commit crimes than non-LTC holders.
