2020 LTC/Non-LTC Convictions: AGG ASSLT CAUSES SERIOUS BODILY INJ

Introduction

This article aims to compare the crime statistics between Texas License to Carry (LTC) holders and non-LTC holders for Aggravated Assault causing Serious Bodily Injury (AGG ASLT CAUSES SERIOUS BODILY INJ) in 2020. AGG ASLT CAUSES SERIOUS BODILY INJ is defined as an offense which causes serious bodily harm to another person. It is important to study the relationship between LTC holders and crime statistics to gain insight into what measures can or should be taken to ensure public safety.
