2020 LTC/Non-LTC Convictions: PROH WEAPON

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime and Criminal Statistics, there were 1 conviction among LTC holders and 33 convictions among non-LTC holders for PROH WEAPON offenses in 2020. This represents a 3% conviction rate among LTC holders and a 97% conviction rate among non-LTC holders for PROH WEAPON offenses.

Factors that may Contribute to the Difference in Crime Statistics Between Texas LTC and Non-LTC Holders
